Great place to play video poker however not a good place when they tell people they are closing, make everyone leave except one person (female) and she proceeds to play with the lights off and the closed sign on for at least another hour. I asked the server what she did if people did not leave when she asked them, she stated she continues to ask. I also asked what the player would do if they had a winning ticket after the registers were closed and she said "they would have to come back the next day to cash it" She proceeded to say she always wants to leave after her shift because she has young kids at home and also has another job and wanted to buy a house. Now I totally appreciate her eagerness to work two jobs and goals for the future. But lying to one customer to accommodate another is not good business practice. Negative word of mouth spreads faster then positive. Lucky Rooster hours do not accommodate video poker players until 2:30 unless you are special.
